White Light-Black Light at Wood St.
My review of the current show at Wood Street Galleries in Downtown Pittsburgh – White Light-Black Light, with work by Icelander Finnbogi Petursson and Czech/Israeli artist Jan Tichy. Beautiful, powerful, stuff – in an odd way comparable to Ragnar Kjartansson’s 5-channel video installation The End, part of his show at Carnegie Museum of Art, in their sense of awe at the vast sublimity of the natural world. Pagan to the core, dude.
